The very friendly, professional and helpful staff helped me look at my situation from the outside and systematize my skills and capabilities. I got into a graphic design course in Ballyfermot. I feel very hopeful for my future and incredibly thankful for how much Karen was able to explain and do for me. I was able to learn about and discuss a lot of different options and it gave me the confidence I needed to believe in myself regarding my education. Karen was able to get me connected to people in FIT (FastTrack into Information Technology) who were able to refer me on to a pre-tech apprenticeship. Karen is a such a wonderful genuine person.
