- A little about the respiratory system and how it works.
- Activating breath through a range of moving practices such as walking, yoga, Qi gong and conscious movement.
- Learning breath control and focus through vocal toning (singing/humming)
Who is this course for?
- This course is for adults who would like to learn simple ways to feel calmer, manage stress, and improve their wellbeing.
No experience is needed.
