What is breathwork? 

Breathwork is an accessible, free tool for emotional regulation and deep relaxation. 

  • Tools to regulate your nervous system and how to use them. 
  • A little about the respiratory system and how it works.
  • Activating breath through a range of moving practices such as walking, yoga, Qi gong and conscious movement. 
  • Learning breath control and focus through vocal toning (singing/humming)

Who is this course for?

  • This course is for adults who would like to learn simple ways to feel calmer, manage stress, and improve their wellbeing. 

No experience is needed.
